About the Role
War Zone Music is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and highly organized Product and Merchandise Executive to join our team. This role requires an individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
The Product and Merchandise Executive will be responsible for developing and executing product and merchandise strategies for the label's music releases. This will include researching and identifying potential product and merchandise opportunities, creating product plans, and managing the production and distribution of products and merchandise. The Executive will also be expected to track and analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas of improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry. Demonstrated experience in product and merchandise management or related fields is highly desired.

Requirements
(Not Required but increase hire likeliness) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in product and merchandise management or a related field
Highly organized and able to manage projects independently
Comprehensive understanding of the music industry, trends, and artist development
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of product development, artwork production, and distribution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product and merchandise initiatives
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with artists and their teams
Ability to travel to attend industry events and promote products
